Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many books are there in each book box? In each box, there will be at least 2 books, but sometimes more. The rest of the box will be compiled of other items that will match the books picked and the theme of the box.
2. Do you offer shipping discounts for ordering more than one box? Sorry, at this time we do not offer discounts, but we may in the future, so keep tuned!
3. Do you offer refunds if I don't like everything that's in my box?
   Just like in subscription boxes, you can't be sure that everyone will like every thing, but our hope is that you do love everything!  But if you don't, then you have an automatic gift to another person in your life!
4. How are the products packed?
   Each product is packed in tissue paper, to a) ensure it's safe arrival and b) to give you something open!
5. What if something is damaged upon arrival?
   Just snap a pic or a quick vid and send it to our email, and we'll send you a replacement product!
6. What if I already have the book(s) you send in a book box?
   If it's only one, we suggest regifting the book to a friend.  If you already have them all, then send a quick pic of the doubles to our email, and we'll send you replacement books!
7. Can you send the box to another recipient?
   Absolutely!  Just give us the directions on who and where to send it during checkout.  Or, if you forget, send us a quick email with your order number and we will make sure to get it to the right person!
8. How many items are in each box?
   It varies.  As many as we can fit!  But each box is guaranteed to be worth at least $20+.
9. What are the quality of the items in the boxes?
   New, like new, or excellent!
10. How long will be it be until I receive my box?
    Depending on how many items we already have in stock, boxes will be shipped within 2 weeks of ordering. 
11. Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes!  But if you live outside of the continental US, please contact us for a shipping quote.
    
    If you live in the Rockford, IL area, then each box has FREE DELIVERY!  Otherwise in the continental US, it's $5 shipping per box.  Out outside of the continental US, then please contact us on our Facebook page for a shipping quote.
